- Website basics — standard, non-identifying logs from our hosting provider. We don't run advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To call or text you back about your estimate or scheduled work.
- To send appointment or job updates you've asked for.
- To ask, after a completed job, if you'd rate your experience.

Program: SK Paving customer care — estimate follow-ups, scheduling and job updates, and post-job review requests, sent only to customers and callers who have contacted us or opted in.

What we share (and don't)
- We never sell or rent your information.
- We use a small number of service providers to run the business — website hosting and telephone/text delivery. They process your information only to provide those services to us.

Keeping & deleting your information
We keep customer records as long as we're doing business together and as tax and warranty records require. Want something corrected or deleted? Call or email us and we'll take care of it.
